REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be provided where required under UK Consumer Law, such as for faulty products or services. However, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, personal circumstances, or changes in medical history. No refunds will be provided for any courses, packages purchased, or deposits paid towards a course/package as they are non- refundable. No refunds will be offered for used or redeemed prepaid packages or gift cards. All of the above apply to any purchase made in-clinic, online, or over the phone.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid treatment session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, any deposit paid will also be forfeited, and the full treatment amount will be charged. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid session and the full cost of treatment being charged.
PACKAGE REDEMPTION
Dalson /Walthamstow
Prepaid treatments purchased at Dalston or Walthamstow clinics can be redeemed at either location, provided the same treatment is available at the venue. Packages are non-transferable and must be used by a single individual. Splitting treatments across multiple individuals is not permitted.
Gloucester Road
Prepaid treatments purchased at Gloucester Road can be redeemed at Gloucester Road. Packages are non-transferable and must be used by a single individual. Splitting treatments across multiple individuals is not permitted.
CONSULTATION & PATCH TEST POLICY
All new laser hair removal and skin treatment customers must undergo a consultation.
COSMETIC INJECTABLE TREATMENTS
A £50 deposit is required for cosmetic injectable treatments due to the higher cost of our medical professionals’ time. The deposit may be applied to the treatment cost or refunded if the client chooses not to proceed. If a customer fails to attend or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be non-refundable. All injectable treatment customers must first undergo a consultation to determine their medical suitability before proceeding.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR FORMS
Customers must provide honest and accurate information on medical conditions, medications, recent treatments, sun exposure, allergies, and other relevant details. Ria London aims to offer the best treatment advice, but customers are responsible for ensuring their information is complete and up-to-date.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Customers must be 18 years or older for all laser hair removal and skin laser treatments, including advanced procedures such as microneedling, mesotherapy, deeper peels, and cosmetic injectables.
OFFERS & DISCOUNTS
Ria London offers various promotions; however, they cannot be combined with other offers, third-party discounts, or promotional deals. Offers are non-transferable and only available to specific recipients.
TREATMENT EXPIRY DATES
Prepaid packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Customers must book appointments within the validity period, as refunds will not be provided for unused expired treatments.
TREATMENT & SERVICE TRANSFER POLICY
Once purchased, treatments and services cannot be transferred to another individual or to different treatment areas.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL SHAVING POLICY
To prepare for laser hair removal treatments, customers are required to shave the treatment area(s) within 24 hours prior to their appointment. Ria London does not offer shaving services. If a customer arrives without shaving the required areas, Ria London reserves the right to refuse treatment in the interest of health and safety. Failure to comply will result in the loss of the appointment and forfeiture of the prepaid treatment session.
